Earthenware- The 'Crème Fraîche' range is a set of everyday functional pots - A joy for every kitchen. Co-designed with Jacob Bodilly it is  inspired by  traditional Cornish and French pottery, yet we put a contemporary twist on it. Using Staffordshire Etrura Mals clay and covering it with a lush slip made with a blend of Cornish China clay, ball clay and flint . Over the slip I seal it with a simple transparent glaze adding yet more china clay for more creaminess and stability.  

Stoneware - French style reduction fired to 1300° .A toasted body with a buttery glaze these bowls are great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.Hard wearing and dishwasher safe.

Porcelain- from the very pure porcelain to a warmer mix with an addition of iron cornish stoneware. In a reduction firing the iron content in the clay will transmute the glaze. Wether blanc de chine, Celadon or ash glazes, pots in this section are often' special ' , and 'unique'.
